Q:  I created an account in Infosnap in previous years, is this the same system?  Do I need to create a new account?
A:  This is a new and, we believe, superior system.  You will need to create a new account.

Q:  I created an account, but I'm having trouble linking my student(s) with my account. What is an Invitation Code?
A:  An Invitation Code is what you will use to associate your student(s) with your newly created OneView account.  The District generates these codes and will mail them to parents in the summer.  You will receive a letter with your student(s) Invitation Codes and instructions in the mail.  If the Invitation Code that you receive doesn't work please contact Amanda Cardoni in the Student Services office at 330-633-3291 ext. 6111 or by email - cardoni.amanda@tallmadgeschools.org.

Q:  I created an account but now I can't remember my username or password.
A:  You can reset your password and/or retrieve forgotten usernames by going to this page.
